We work with a growing number of Australian and international brands across our eCommerce and installation channels. As our online business continues to scale, we are selective about the suppliers we partner with to ensure long-term, sustainable growth for both parties.
This page outlines our commercial requirements, pricing expectations, and onboarding process for vendors and suppliers.
Minimum Commercial Requirements
To ensure a partnership is commercially viable, we require the following as a baseline:
✅ Minimum 30–35% Gross Margin Required
To be commercially viable, suppliers must provide pricing that delivers a minimum target gross margin of 30–35%, calculated from the current live market RRP.
This margin is required to support:
- Paid advertising and demand generation
- SEO, content creation, and product optimisation
- Platform, payment, and operational costs
- Customer service, warranty handling, and support
Partnerships that cannot support this margin range are unlikely to proceed.
Margin Floor & Viability Threshold
While our target margin is 30–35%, we may consider products down to an absolute minimum of 25% gross margin in limited cases.
Products below this level are not commercially viable and will not be reviewed further.
Pricing Integrity & Market Reality
Margins must be calculated from the actual live market selling price, not:
- Inflated or “recommended” RRPs
- Historical RRPs no longer reflected in the market
- Internal or distributor-only pricing references
If a product’s “trade price” is equal to—or higher than—its prevailing online selling price, it is not viable for us to stock or promote.

All suppliers must review and agree to the following margin calculation before submitting an application.

Gross Margin (%) = (Live Market RRP – Your Supplied Price) ÷ Live Market RRP × 100

Only pricing that results in 30–35% gross margin will be prioritised for approval.
Important Notes on “Trade Pricing”
Standard trade pricing is not sufficient for our business model.
We require true wholesale pricing that reflects:
- Marketing investment
- Brand promotion
- Ongoing commercial partnership
If your trade price aligns with common online retail pricing, we will not proceed.
Pricing Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
To avoid misunderstandings, the following must apply:
- Pricing must be better than standard trade
- Margin calculations must be based on:
- Live market pricing
- Major online retailers
- Current advertised RRP (not historical or “recommended” RRPs)
- Products already heavily discounted online without margin protection are unlikely to be accepted
If pricing does not meet these criteria, we will not proceed.

For approved suppliers, we provide genuine value beyond listing a product:
- Paid advertising (Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta)
- SEO-optimised category and product pages
- Professional product content and imagery
- Brand exposure through a high-traffic store
- Optional in-house installation & technical support (where applicable)
- Long-term growth focus, not short-term price racing
We only invest this level of effort into brands that are commercially aligned.
Vendor Onboarding Process
- Vendor Application – Submit representative pricing via our application form.
- Commercial Review – Pricing is reviewed against live market and margin requirements
- Approval – Applications that align proceed further.
- Onboarding & Launch – Additional details are requested if approved.
If pricing does not meet requirements at Step 1, the process stops there.

Please review our Vendor & Supplier Requirements, then submit the application with representative pricing details.
Only applications that meet our commercial requirements will be progressed to the next stage.
