Warranty Return Policy
At 4X4 OffRoad, we are committed to providing high-quality products backed by excellent service. Please read our Warranty Return Policy carefully before making a claim.
Returns & Exchanges
- Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Electrical items, custom-order products, and clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- A restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns.
Return Shipping
- All return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer, unless prior written approval has been granted by 4X4 OffRoad.
- In cases where 4X4 OffRoad authorises a return shipping cost, we will provide instructions and may arrange a return label.
- Items returned without prior approval, or returned freight-collect, may be refused.
Process for Returns & Warranty Claims
- Contact our support team via email or phone with your order number, product details, and reason for return or claim.
- Our team will assess and provide return instructions.
- Once received, products will be inspected and tested.
- If the claim is approved, a replacement, repair, or refund will be issued in line with manufacturer policy.
- If the item is found not to be faulty, it will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
