Access your brake responses straight from your dashboard. Welcome to a simpler, safer towing experience! With the innovative Elecbrakes App, now integrated with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, you’re at the forefront of towing technology. It’s not just smart; it’s revolutionary.
How to Connect?
Your iPhone already comes with Apple CarPlay built-in, so there’s no need to download it. For Android users, you will need to download the Android Auto App. Here’s how to get started.
- Connect your phone to your tow vehicle Apple CarPlay or Android Auto enabled head unit using a USB cable or via wireless Bluetooth. To do this, set your phone and the car radio to Bluetooth mode. Then pair as per the tow vehicle’s manual.
- Once connected, the home screen will showcase compatible apps. Simply swipe right to browse through all your available apps
Tapping the Elecbrakes app will open the home screen. - From here you have access to the override button, all your brake responses and multiple used set programs in addition to information on the connected brake controller.
