How to Collect Your Order in Greater Brisbane Region

Thank you for choosing our Store Pickup option! We understand the convenience of collecting your order locally, and we are excited to guide you through the process. Please note that this service is currently available only for customers in the Greater Brisbane Region. For those outside this area, we have alternative shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you promptly.

1. Placing Your Order:

When placing your order on our website, select the “Store Pickup” option during the checkout process. This will prompt our system to prepare your items for collection at our designated pickup location.

2. Confirmation Email:

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details, including your order number and pickup location. Please keep this email handy, as it will be required when collecting your items.

3. Processing Time:

Our team will strive to prepare your order as quickly as possible. However, please allow some time for processing, especially during peak periods. You will receive a separate notification when your order is ready for pickup.

4. Pickup Location:

Our designated pickup location is conveniently located in the Greater Brisbane Region. Our store locations are as follows:

  1. Mt Gravatt East: 4/429 Creek Road
  2. Geebung: 11/483 Newman Road.

Pickup Hours: 8am-3pm.

Important Note: Please call (07) 3180 3500 to confirm your order is available to pickup at our locations.

5. Collecting Your Order:

When you arrive at the pickup location, please present your confirmation email and a valid ID to our friendly staff. They will assist you in locating and verifying your order. Feel free to inspect the items to ensure they meet your expectations.

Important Note:

  • Please collect your order within the specified timeframe mentioned in your confirmation email. If you are unable to do so, kindly contact our customer support to make alternative arrangements.
  • At this time, we only offer Store Pickup for customers within the Greater Brisbane Region. All other orders will be shipped using our available shipping methods.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
