For an in-store refund, kindly follow these preferred steps:
- Present your receipt or any valid proof of purchase at the front desk, such as a bank statement or transaction history.
- Ensure that the returned product is in its original condition, including manuals, accessories, attached tags, and the original packaging.
To mitigate fraud risks, refunds for purchases made with debit/credit cards will be processed back to the original card. Please have the card used for the purchase with you during the refund process.
