The cost of delivery for your order is influenced by factors such as the size, weight, and destination of the selected products, as well as your chosen delivery location. Typically, larger items incur higher delivery charges. Extremely large items, requiring a two-man lift, will also result in increased delivery rates.
Important:
We utilize courier services for all deliveries, so products cannot be sent to an unattended address. The courier will need a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address. If no one is available to sign, a card will be left, and the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Courier depot. You’ll then be responsible for collecting the parcel from the depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.
For smoother delivery processes and to minimize any redelivery delays or fees, 4X4 OFFROAD suggests shipping all orders to a location attended during business hours, whether it’s a home, workplace, or another address. Additional delivery fees or freight charges may apply during checkout for:
- Large quantity or bulk orders.
- Express or urgent deliveries.
- Non-stock and/or bespoke items.
- Bulky items.
Large/Bulky Items
During checkout, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and presented for your approval. These calculations are based on the freight charges of our courier companies, determined through a courier aggregation application (supplied by ShipIt). Bulky items are identified based on their high weight or large cubic volume as determined by our courier companies’ shipping methods.
Please be aware that if your shopping cart contains both non-bulky and bulky items, the cart will be calculated accordingly.
