All online orders placed with 4X4 OFFROAD are shipped using courier services. Keep tabs on your order’s journey from placement to delivery by using our Track & Trace portal.
How it works:
input your Order Number (e.g., #11122) along with your email used to make the purchase with. Please see image below
Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a consignment number and a link to track your order directly on the courier’s website to your email address.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to be registered in the courier’s system before attempting to track your order. If you have any concerns, reach out to our Customer Service Team via our online enquiry form. We typically respond to online inquiries within 24 hours.
