Holiday Period Delivery

Australia Holiday Period Delivery Information

We want to keep you informed about order processing and delivery timeframes during the Australian holiday period.

While our main workshop and operations will be on holiday, our eCommerce store will remain active, and we’ll continue processing eligible orders during this time.

Holiday Period Dates

  • Holiday Period: 22 December 2025 – 5 January 2026
  • Normal Operations Resume: 5 January 2026

Order Processing During the Holiday Period

Online orders will continue to be accepted and processed during the holiday period.

However, due to supplier and logistics partner availability, some product categories will ship during the holidays, while others will be dispatched once we return on 5 January.

The following product categories/ Products will continue to ship between 22 December and 5 January, subject to standard carrier transit times:

Orders containing only the above items will be dispatched as normal during the holiday period.

Categories Shipping From 5 January 2026

The following categories are dependent on partner warehouses and suppliers and will be dispatched from 5 January 2026:

  • Inverters
  • UHF / CB Radios
  • LED Lighting
  • DC Chargers
  • Lithium Batteries
  • Control Modules
  • Power Boxes
  • Wiring & Electrical Accessories
  • Smart Battery Monitors

Orders containing these items will be securely queued and processed as soon as operations resume.

Important Notes

  • If your order contains both holiday-shipping items and delayed items, it may be shipped together from 5 January, unless split shipping has been arranged.
  • Courier delivery times may be affected by public holidays and carrier backlogs.
  • Tracking details will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
